About Flow Hooping
Hi! I'm Kristy, a certified Hoop Love Teacher. My hoop dance journey began as part of a self-love challenge, and I quickly fell in love with it! Hooping has helped me reconnect with my body, embrace my sensuality, and find inspiration in not only movement - but my life! It’s also become a powerful tool for processing emotions and relieving stress. Every day, I continue to learn and discover new ways to flow, and I’m passionate about sharing this joy and inspiration with you.

What To Expect During a Hoop Flow Class
During a Hoop Flow Class we will start with a warmup, followed by on-body waist hooping, practices for coordination, off-body techniques, choreography and cooldown.
It doesn't matter if you are completely new to hooping, as I will be teaching the absolute basics, to more advanced techniques, providing for different skill levels.
I just ask that you be kind to yourself and others, leave judgement & critism at the door. The main thing is that we are here to move our bodies and have fun!
